Weight Smart an HMR® Program, has been serving Northwest Florida for over 14 years. HMR® is the nation's leading provider of weight loss treatment to the medical community. We strive to help you become healthier by teaching the skills necessary for long term weight management. Weight Smart an HMR® Program is under the medical direction of Dr. Sheppard at the Medical Center Clinic in Pensacola, Florida.
The Decision Free diet™ uses HMR shakes, entrees and benefit bars and provides you with all the food you need to lose weight. The Healthy Solutions® diet includes the use of fruits and vegetables combined with HMR® shakes and entrees. Based on your medical history and physical activity level prior to entering the program, we design an individualized, complete nutrition program for you.
Each week you will be attending a 60-minute behavior modification class where we teach you skills to take off and manage your weight. Our team will coach, motivate and educate you to implement these skills on a regular basis while living in a culture that does not support weight management.
During our initial meeting, we will assess your goals, medical history, and activity level then help you determine which program will work best for you!
